Returns, refunds & warranty

Last updated: 28 October 2026. This policy covers CRB GEAR Reset ordered on or after 28 October 2026. Orders placed before that date are covered by the policy that applied when they were placed — email us and we'll send it to you.

30-day money-back guarantee

Try your CRB GEAR Reset for 30 days. If it isn't for you, return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

  • Start with an email. Write to info@crbgear.com with your order number before you send anything. We'll reply with the return address and instructions, usually within 1–2 business days.
  • Send it back complete: the device, its charging cable, the manual and, if you still have it, the original box.
  • Return postage is paid by you, unless your item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong (see below). Please use a tracked service — we can't refund a parcel that never reaches us.
  • Your refund: once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund — and you won't pay any postage.

12-month warranty

Your CRB GEAR Reset is covered for 12 months from the delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship. If it stops working because of a defect, email us with your order number and a short video of the problem, and we'll replace it free of charge (or refund it if a replacement isn't available).

The warranty doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water, drops, unauthorised repairs or charging from anything other than a standard 5 V USB port, or normal wear of the fabric, strap and velcro.

Cancellations

Changed your mind before your order ships? Email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel it with a full refund. Once your order has shipped, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
