Free shipping to the United States

Every order to the United States ships free, with tracking.

Other countries

We also ship to Australia, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The shipping options and costs for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. It can take a few days for the first tracking update to appear.

Late, lost or missing parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or it says delivered but you can't find your parcel, email info@crbgear.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Taxes

Any taxes that apply to your order are shown at checkout before you pay.
