You have 60 minutes after your purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. After that, contact us at info@crbgear.com — we'll do our best to help before your order ships.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@crbgear.com with your full name and we'll look into your order.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Estimated delivery is around 7–15 business days depending on your location. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

We ship across Australia and to most countries worldwide. Additional fees may apply for remote areas.

We offer free tracked shipping on orders over A$50. Orders under that are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it on our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees aren't included in the displayed price and are the customer's responsibility.

You have 30 days after delivery to return an item. Products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Email info@crbgear.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will send you the return address and instructions.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, to your original payment method.

Check our Size Guide to find your fit. If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Our riding trousers are built with abrasion-resistant fabric and reinforcement at the key stress points. Protection details and any applicable test standards are listed on each product page.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Do not tumble dry or iron over reinforced panels. Remove any armour inserts before washing. Check the label on each item for specific instructions.
