CRB Gear Warranty

We build our gear to be ridden hard. Every CRB Gear product is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for as long as you own it. If something fails because of the way it was made, we'll put it right.

What's covered

• Faulty stitching, seams or construction
• Zips, buttons, poppers or hardware that fail under normal use
• Defects in the fabric or materials as supplied

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, fading, or the natural ageing of materials over time
• Damage from a crash, slide or impact (see the safety note below)
• Misuse, accidents, improper washing or care, and alterations or repairs not carried out by us
• Products bought from an unauthorised reseller

A note on protective gear after a crash

Riding gear is designed to protect you once. If your gear has been through a crash or impact, we strongly recommend replacing it even if the damage looks minor — its protective performance may be reduced. Crash damage is not a manufacturing defect and isn't covered by this warranty, but get in touch and we'll look after you where we can.

How to make a claim

1. Email info@crbgear.com with your order number.
2. Tell us what's happened and attach a few clear photos of the issue.
3. Our team will review your claim and get back to you, usually within 1–2 business days.

How we'll fix it

If your claim is approved, we'll repair the item, replace it, or refund it — whichever is most appropriate — at no cost to you. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
