How do I use Reset?
Put it on and adjust the velcro strap so it feels snug but comfortable. Hold the power button to switch it on, press M to choose one of the three modes, then lie back. Reset switches itself off after 15 minutes — or hold the power button to stop sooner.

Reset combines warmth and vibration, and the M button switches between its three modes. Try each one for a session and keep the one you like best.
How long does the battery last?
About 45 minutes on a full charge — that's three 15-minute sessions. A full recharge takes about 90 minutes with the included magnetic USB cable.
Will it press on my eyes?
Reset has a contoured 3D shape, so the padding rests around your eyes rather than on them. If it feels tight, loosen the velcro strap.
Can I take it when I travel?
Yes. It's cordless and folds up, so it fits in a bag or carry-on. Charge it before you leave.
How do I keep it clean?
Switch it off and unplug it first. Wipe the fabric gently with a slightly damp cloth and let it dry fully before the next use. Don't put it in water or in the washing machine. Always follow the care instructions in the included manual.
