Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, with tags intact. For hygiene reasons, underwear and panties are not returnable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — we do not provide prepaid return labels. The only exception: if your item arrives faulty or defective, contact us with photos and we will cover the return shipping.

Choosing the right size

Measure yourself with a soft measuring tape, directly on your skin or over thin underwear:

• Bust: at the fullest point
• Underbust: just below the bust
• Waist: at the narrowest point
• Hips: at the fullest point
