Where we ship
We ship across Australia and to most countries worldwide.

Shipping cost
Free tracked shipping on orders over A$50. Orders under A$50 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout. For remote areas, additional fees may apply.

Order processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped with a tracked service. Once your order ships, estimated delivery is around 7–15 business days depending on your location.

We work with reliable, fully tracked shipping partners.

Tracking your shipment
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 2–5 days to become active after dispatch.

Changing your shipping address
Please double-check your address before checkout. If you need to change it, contact us right away at info@crbgear.com — we can't change the address once the package has shipped.

For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply depending on local regulations and are not included in the checkout price.
