Welcome to CRB Gear. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of crbgear.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

The Site is operated by CRB Gear ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us any time at info@crbgear.com.

2. Using our site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate account and order information and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products, descriptions & availability

• We do our best to display our products, colours and specifications as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour or finish may occur.
• Where protection ratings or test standards are stated, they refer to the product as manufactured and supplied; correct fit and use are required for that protection to apply.
• All products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities or discontinue any item at any time.

4. Prices & payment

• Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (A$) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time before you order.
• We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
• In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there was an error — and will refund any payment taken.

6. Shipping

7. Returns & refunds

Your return and refund rights are set out on our Returns & Exchanges page. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

8. Warranty

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, text, images and designs — is owned by or licensed to CRB Gear and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRB Gear is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the Site and any order you place.
